The creation of this work is part of a dance performance about the intense and painful life of Lucia Joyce (daughter of the Irish writer James Joyce). These costumes are the result of work shared with the director/writer and choreographer. The specific part of my work was to transform the visions of the director into characters, using the most absolute freedom of artistic and stylistic expression. All this considering the movements and comfortability of the performers.

The characters are inspired by: passions, drawings and dreams of the main character Lucia but also by poems of her father James.
